That little AOL Instant Messenger is an addicting little thing. I spent all of yesterday on it when I should have been completing assignments that I know have been due all semester. They are:

  • A five page paper on nation-building in China and India from 1850-2000.

  • An extra credit quiz with five history definitions.

  • A CD-Rom assignment for sociology 1010.

  • Reaction to four articles from the text in sociology 1020.

  • Collect ten newspaper, magazine articles of the same social issue, and write about them.

  • Read thirty articles and answer thirty questions (one for each article) on them for history 1010.

What's worse is due to a fourteen week semester, our teacher hasn't had enough time to cover everything. Instead of concluding with section three and canceling the section four test, he told us to study for it on our own. Um...how? Plus he jumps all over the world from one era to another. It's not like we start with Egypt and end up at 1500. Right now we're talking about Jesus, and just last week it was Columbus.

Just shoot me.

I'm pretty loopy right now. I'm going on two hours of sleep. Somehow, I stayed awake on the 90 minute drive to school, through four classes and my last day of volunteering.

Like I said. I'm loopy. Tired. I'd probably doze off right here if it weren't for the intermittant "ding" of the chat messanger.
